Different types of commercial construction contracts:

Fixed Bid Contract:

This type of construction methodology is used when a specific
budget must be achieved and no cost over runs or changes to
the scope of the construction can be tolerated.

Construction Management:

Often times this is the most cost effective type of construction contract for our clients to enter into. This type of construction contract is best used when there are going to be more than one primary contractor at site or if the project is mostly made up of sub contractors.  Horizon Pacific Contracting Inc. acts as your project manager to ensure that not only is the work performed correctly but that you the client receive the best possible discounts on all aspects of the construction project.  Horizon Pacific Contracting Inc. will also manage all labour resources as well as accounting, payroll, insurance and municipal permits and inspections..

This type of service is typically billed at a percentage of the project's total value or a flat fee per service.
